O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondents to consider on the representations submitted by petitioner on 30.09.2009, 24.02.2010 and the reminder dated 25.01.2016 and pass orders . 2.The writ petitioner has submitted a representation in relation to her compassionate appointment based on the fact that her father was relieved from service on medical invalidation. The father of the writ petitioner was medically invalidated and therefore the writ petitioner is eligible to submit her application for compassionate appointment.

3.In this regard, the father of the writ petitioner also made a representation on 30.09.2009. In spite of the repeated representation the respondents have not taken any action in this regard.

4. In this view of the matter the 4th respondents is directed to consider the representations submitted by the writ petitioner on 30.09.2009 and 24.02.2010 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.Accordingly, the writ petition stands dispose of. However, there is no order as to costs.
