(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We are not inclined to entertain this petition, which is a representative category petition brought in at the last minute. The affected candidates are not before us. 2.We, however, give liberty that if affected candidates want exemption, they may approach respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

no.3 by tomorrow (10.03.2016) for the concerned person to examine whether they are entitled to exemption, as there are stated to be some 118 candidates and we are sure that the third respondent will look into the issue compassionately keeping our subsequent directions in certain matters on the issue.
