ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the fourth respondent to cancel the patta Nos.1023, 141, 1025, 531 and issue patta in the petitioners' favour by considering the petitioners' representation dated 31.08.2019.

2. Heard, Mr.R.Jayaprakash, the learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.P.Baladhandayutham, Special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 4, and Mr.G.Shanmugam, the learned counsel for respondents 6 to 9.

3. On the representation of the petitioners dated 31.08.2019, the fourth respondent conducted enquiry and rejected the request made by the petitioner by order dated 18.11.2019 and the order copy was also duly communicated to the petitioners. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, if the petitioners have any grievance over the order passed by the fourth respondent dated 18.11.2019, the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law, if so advised. No order as to costs.
