These Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions have been filed to amend the offence as under Sections 323, 363 and 366 of I.P.C and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Women Harassment Act instead of under Sections 294(b), 323, 363 and 506(i) of I.P.C and Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Women Harassment Act in Crl.O.P.No.20494 and 20505 of 2023 order dated 15.09.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, these petitions are ordered to delete the offence under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) of I.P.C and include offence under Section 448 of I.P.C and the petitioners are directed to surrender and execute sureties before the concerned Magistrate as imposed by this Court, on or before 03.11.2023 and no further orders is granted, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed.
