This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the learned Special Judge for trial of cases under SC and ST (POA) Act, Chennai, Principal Sessions Court, Chennai to consider the bail application of the petitioner at the time of his surrender on the same day itself in connection with Cr.No.438 of 2024 on the file of the respondent.
