Petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the 1st Respondent to dispose of his AppealPetition, dated 19.08.2019 for issuance of "Panniandi" Schedule Caste Community Certificate to him and his children. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
2. Upon hearing the learned Government Advocate, we direct the 1st Respondent/District Collector, Dharmapuri District to pass appropriate orders on the Petitioner's Appeal-Petition dated 19.08.2019, seeking issuance of Community Certificate, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
