O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to pass orders on the representation dated 16.12.2015 seeking appointment as Village Administrative Officer sequel to the selection on merits. 2.The petitioner was provisionally selected for appointment to the post of Village Administration Officer and allotted to Kanyakumari Unit but her allotment was with-held owing to nonproduction of the documents. The petitioner made a representation to the respondent on 16.12.2015 specifically pointed out that the qualification as required for appointment to the post of Village Administration Officer was satisfied by her and she had obtained B.Sc Mathematics from Annamalai University, which is a recognized one and therefore, her request may be considered but till date no orders have been passed and hence, the Writ Petition has been filed.

3.Mr.L.Chandrakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner would be satisfied, if her representation is directed to be considered and appropriate orders are passed as expeditiously as possible. 4.Mr.M.Devendran, learned Standing Counsel for TNPSC for the respondent has got no serious objection to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law.
5.Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, directs the respondent, to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 16.12.2015 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion with regard to the merits of the claim made by the petitioner.
