This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking direction to the Inspector of Police, T1 Ambattur Police Station, Ambattur, Chennai 600 053 to register the petitioner's complaint dated 07.01.2024 vide CSR No.MDP2403277 dated 24.01.2024 in pursuance of the impugned order dated 25.06.2024 made in Crl.MP.No.1127 of 2024 on the file of Judicial Magistrate Court, Ambattur.

2. Today (27.09.2024), when is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that on receipt of the details from the Revenue authorities, necessary action will be taken on the complaint.
