[Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH, J] Petitioner is the father of the detenu, Ashok Kumar S/o.Durairaj, aged 29 years, who has been branded as 'Goonda' under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and detained under orders of first respondent passed in C3/D.O.No.105/2019 dated 22.09.2019. 2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detention order passed against the petitioner's son in C3/D.O.No.105/2019 dated 22.09.2019 on the file of the first respondent is revoked vide G.O.Rt.No.4868, Home, Prohibition and Excise (IX) Department, dated 29.11.2019 and produced a copy of the said order.
In view of the above, this petition is closed as it has become infructuous.
