This petition has been filed to call for the records in C.C.No.6973 of 2014 on the file of the XVII Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet and quash the same.

2. The petition has been filed to complete the proceedings initiated for the offence under Sections 451, 460, 462, 380, 120 (b), 506(ii) of IPC @ 451, 454, 380, 506(i) r/w 34 of IPC, in C.C.No.6973 of 2014. There was no representation for the petitioner on 17.08.2017. Even today, also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It shows that the petitioner is not interested in proceeding with this case.
