3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered, exempting the petitioner from the production of certified copy of the impugned order dated 23.02.2021 in C.C.P.No.304 of 2019 for the present.
