Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondent to assess property tax and to provide water supply for the petitioner house situated at Door No.5/79, Senniveeram Palayam, Chikkathasampalayam Post, Karamadai (Via), Coimbatore - 641104 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 19.08.2019 and 09.09.2019. ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus, directing the respondent to assess property tax and to provide water supply for the petitioner house situated at Door No.5/79, Senniveeram Palayam, Chikkathasampalayam Post, Karamadai (Via), Coimbatore - 641104 by considering his representations dated 19.08.2019 and 09.09.2019.

2. The grievance of the petitioner before this Court is that those representations are not considered by the respondent so far.

3. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, as it is for the 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent to consider and decide. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of, only by directing the respondent to consider those representations of the petitioner and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law after hearing all the parties concerned. Such exercise shall be done by the respondent within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
