This petition has been filed to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P No.192 of 2022 before II Additional Sub Court, Coimbatore and transfer the same to I Additional Principal Family Court, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Despite serving notice there is no representation on the side of the respondent.

3. It is seen from the records, the respondent filed HMOP No.192 of 2022, on the file of II Additional Sub Court, Coimbatore, for divorce. Now, the petitioner lived in Chennai with her 9 year son along with aged mother without any source of income and the distance between Chennai and Coimbatore is nearly about 500 kilometers.

4. Considering the difficulties faced by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to transfer H.M.O.P No.192 of 2022, on the file of II Additional Sub Court, Coimbatore to I Additional Principal Family Court, Chennai.

5. Accordingly, the present Tr.C.M.P. is disposed of, and H.M.O.P No.192 of 2022, pending on the file of II Additional Sub Court, Coimbatore, is withdrawn and transferred to the file of the I Additional Principal Family Court, Chennai. HMOP No.4850 of 2022 filed by the petitioner/wife shall be tagged along with HMOP. No.192 of 2022 filed by the respondent/husband and the same 2/4

shall be disposed of at the earliest. Further, the concerned Court is directed to transfer the records in connection with H.M.O.P No.192 of 2022 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
