Learned counsels appearing on both sides submit that the dispute has been settled before the Mediation Centre and a Joint Compromise Memo has also been recorded at the Mediation Centre on 01.03.2021 and the same is also placed before this court by the Mediation Centre.

2. As seen from the Joint Compromise memo dated 01.03.2021, the parties to the dispute have signed the compromise memo and their respective counsels have also signed the same.

3. In terms of the Joint Compromise Memo dated 01.03.2021, this petition is disposed of. The Joint Compromise Memo dated 01.03.2021 shall form part of this order.
