Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.PC, praying to set aside the order made in Crl.M.P.No.20679 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.183 of 2019 on the file of the Principal Sessions Court, Chennai dated 04.10.2019 and extend the time to deposit 20% of the cheque amount to the credit of C.C.No.989 of 2011 on the file of Metropolitan Magistrate, FTC-III, Saidapet, Chennai.

O R D E R

The prayer in the present petition is to set aside the order made in Crl.M.P.No.20679 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.183 of 2019 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai dated 04.10.2019 and extend the time to deposit 20% of the cheque amount to the credit of C.C.No.989 of 2011 on the file of the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, FTC-III, Saidapet, Chennai.

2. On being satisfied with the reasons adduced in the petition seeking for extension of time to deposit the condition imposed in the order dated 04.10.2019 made in Crl.M.P.No.20679 of 2019 in Crl.A.No.183 of 2019 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai, the petitioner is granted further time of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to comply with the condition imposed in the aforesaid order dated 04.10.2019.
