When the matter is taken up today for hearing, it is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that pursuant to the order passed by the District Collector and District Magistrate of Tirupathur District in C3/D.O.No.54/2024 dated 30.09.2024, the petitioner has been detained as "Bootlegger" contemplated under Section 2(b) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982, and he was detained and kept in judicial custody at Special Prison for Women, Vellore. The learned Government Advocate has also produced the xerox copies of the detention order before this Court.

2. In view of the above submission made by the learned Government Advocate as well as the order of detention dated 30.09.2024, this Criminal Original Petition shall stands dismissed.
