This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed seeking leave to the 2nd petitioner herein to file the Criminal Revision Case by joining as petitioner along with the petitioners 1, 3 and 4 against the order of the Sub Divisional Executive Magistrate, Erode, dated 07.08.2024 made in Na.Ka.No.2232 of 2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the 2nd petitioner though not shown as a party in the proceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C., she is the owner of the property and she would be entitled to participate in the proceedings as per Section 145(5) of the Cr.P.C.

3. Hence, this Court is inclined to grant leave to the 2nd petitioner to file the above revision.

4. The Criminal Miscellaneous petition is ordered, accordingly.
