PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to modify the condition of the Principal District Sessions Judge of Coimbatore, order made in Crl.M.P.No.3356 of 2019, dated 04.10.2019 "the petitioner is directed to sign before Judicial Magistrate No.4, Coimbatore daily twice i.e., daily at 10.30 a.m and 5.00 p.m until further orders". This Criminal Original Petition is filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal District Sessions Judge of Coimbatore in the order made in C.M.P.No.3356 of 2019 on 04.10.2019 that the petitioner should sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.4, Coimbatore daily twice at 10.30 a.m and 5.00 p.m until further orders.
2. It is stated that pursuant to the order of the learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed from 11.10.2019.
3. In view of the same, the condition shall stand modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police for seven (7) days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, and thereafter as and when required.
4. All other observations made in the order dated 04.10.2019 passed by the learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, shall remain intact.

5. The Criminal Original Petition stands ordered accordingly.
