(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The case of the petitioner is that there is encroachment by private respondent No.4 over the water body and despite the instruction issued by the District Collector, Villupuram/respondent No.1 to the Tahsildar, Chinnasalem Town/respondent No.3, nothing has happened.

2. We call upon respondent No.3 to look into the matter and take a considered decision after notice to all concerned within a period of one month of the receipt of this order.

3. The writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs.
