By the representation dated 22.04.2015, the petitioner sought for allotment of a plot.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent.

3.Learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 submitted that the competent authority to consider the said issue is the Managing Director and not the respondents 2 and 3 and not even the first respondent.

4.In such view of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by giving liberty to the petitioner to make a representation to the Managing Director of the respondents 2 and 3. As and when such representation is made to such an authority, on receipt of the same, the Managing Director shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
