Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a WRIT OF CERTIORARI, to call for the records and to quash the order of the second respondent viz., the Assistant Commissioner Urban Land Tax and Urban Land Ceiling Poonamallee at Poonamallee High Road, Aminjikarai, Chennai 600 029m the order passed in Ref.ULT.25/A to G/1401, Thirumullaivayal, the order dated 31.03.1994 by issue of a Writ of Certiorari as the entire proceeding is vitiated by an error apparent on the face of the record.
