This petition is filed to condone the delay of 297 days in filing the above Appeal.

2.Though notice has been served on the respondents 1 to 3 and their names are printed in the cause list, there is no representation for them either in person or through counsel.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respondents 4 and 5.

4.Considering the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay of 297 days is condoned on payment of cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the 'Kaakkum Karangal' (Old age Home) at No.212/54, Amman Kovil Street (near chicken market), Parrys, Chennai 600
