Petitioner seeks relaxation as condition had been imposed to appear before the respondent Police on everyday and also the Court hearing dates and co-operate during the trial.

2. It is however stated by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner is frequently absenting himself in the Court and has not cross-examined the prosecution witnesses.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Principal Sessions Court under EC & NDPS Trial of Cases under NDPS Act, Chennai on everyday at 10.30 a.m., till the completion of the trial apart from to all Court hearing dates.
