2. In the affidavit in support of these applications, it is stated that Mr.G.Sundarapandian passed away and that he had executed a Will under which the impugned trade mark was bequeathed to two persons. The said two persons, in turn, assigned the impugned trade marks to Kali Aerated Water Works Private Limited.

3. Upon examining the affidavit and the assignment agreement dated 10.01.2014, these applications are liable to be and are allowed as prayed for. Consequently, the petitioner is directed to carry out 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
