This application is filed seeking to permit the applicant to mark photocopies of the plaint documents 1 to 3.

The documents are described as follows:- S.No Date Description of Documents Natural Document 20.06.1996 Planning Permit, Sanctioned Layout Plan, letter pertaining to regularisation, receipt pertaining to regularisation fee. (series) Xerox 10.07.2003 Copy of the Construction Agreement by the 1st Xerox defendant in favour of an apartment Owner. (original will be produced for verification at the time of marking the photocopy) 22.09.2014 Copy of the Rental Agreement between the 1st Xerox defendant and Metro Tunnelling Chennai L & T SUG JV Chennai.

3. It is seen from the submission of the learned counsel for the parties that the original documents of Item Nos.1 and 3 are available with the 1st respondent. Therefore, the applicant is directed to give a notice to produce documents namely Item Nos.1 and 3 to the 1st respondent. In the event of 1st respondent producing the original, the xerox copy can be compared with the original and if they are https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis found correct, the xerox copy of the documents 1 and 3 can be marked.

4. As far as document No.2 is concerned, original document is available with the applicant. Therefore, the original document can be marked. After marking the original, the applicant can apply for certified copy of the marked documents and then substitute the certified copy with the original document.
