Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the encroachment of the shops in the temple land bearing Survey No.6/1 A1 A4, situated at Ward P, Block 55, Door No.12/50, Nethaji Road, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 16.08.2019.

O R D E R
[Made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.,] With reference to the relief sought for in this writ petition, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that a communication dated 10.03.2026 has been issued by the District Revenue Officer, Krishnagiri, to the parties calling upon them to participate in the enquiry. The District Revenue Officer, Krishnagiri, is proposed to conduct an enquiry to identify the encroachment and initiate appropriate actions.
2. In view of the said position, the petitioners, the fourth respondent, Temple Administration and HR&CE Department are at liberty to participate in the enquiry to be conducted by the District Revenue Officer, Krishnagiri and defend their case through documents and evidences etc.,
3. The District Revenue Officer, Krishnagiri, is directed to afford an opportunity of hearing to all the parties, including the HR&CE Department, conduct the enquiry, take an appropriate decision and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above directions, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
