This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2 to 4 respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.08.2022 to take action against the 5th respondent within the stipulated time.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents submits that the representation of the petitioner dated 20.08.2022 has been taken up for consideration and preliminary enquiry has been initiated as against the 5th respondent in P.E.No.99/2022 POL/TPR/dated 28.11.2022.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents that they have acted upon the petitioner's representation dated 20.08.2022, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No Costs.
