[RESPONDENTS] Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a writ of mandamus to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the petitioner representation dated 15.02.2016 for grant of license/permission to run bunk shop and till such time forbear the 3rd Respondent their officials servants from in any manner interfering with the running of the petitioner bunk shop at No.4, Ethiraj Salai, Near Post Office, Egmore, Chennai-600 008, wherein selling Tea Coffee and other snacks.

Heard Ms.T.Muthamil Selvi, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.R.Rajeswaran, learned Special Government Pleader accepting for the respondents 1 & 2 and Mr.P.V.Selvakumar, learned counsel accepting for the third respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking for a direction upon the respondents to consider her representation dated 15.02.2016, to erect a Bunk Shop.

3.The petitioner is physically handicapped person. The petitioner seeks for eking her livelihood by putting up a small bunk shop and in that regard she submitted a representation to the respondents on 15.02.2016.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent Corporation submitted that a direction may be issued to the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation in accordance with law.

5.In the light of the above, the competent authority of the Corporation of Chennai, is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 15.02.2016, and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
