[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondent herein to produce the person and body of petitioner's husband Ramesh Babu, male, aged about 51 years, S/o. Punniahkotti, before this Court and to set him at liberty forthwith, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that already a petition has been filed in H.C.P. No.1675 of 2019 which was disposed of on 22.08.2019. Thus, we do https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
not find any reason to pass further orders in this petition.
3. In such view of the matter, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed. However, we make it clear that the order referred above will have to be complied with by the respondent.
