Punniahkotti, before this Court and to set him at liberty forthwith, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.

not find any reason to pass further orders in this petition.

3. In such view of the matter, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed. However, we make it clear that the order referred above will have to be complied with by the respondent.
