This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Paragraph No.6(b) of an order dated 24.08.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.18479 of 2023 to report before the respondent Police every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police weekly once i.e., on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
