Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue patta to the petitioner for his property bearing Plot No.26/2, Sri Devikuppam, A.K.R.Nagar II Street, Valasaravakkam, Chennai - 600 087, comprised in Survey No.28/1 and 23, situated at Valasaravakkam Village measuring 1200 sq.ft. Petitioner made a representation dated 11.05.2015 to the fourth respondent, seeking issuance of patta, with respect to Plot No.26/2, Sridevikuppam, A.K.R.Nagar II Street, Valasaravakkam, Chennai - 600 087, to an extent of 1200 sq.ft. As the said representation has not been considered till now, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.Taking note of the pendency of the aforesaid representation dated 11.05.2015, without going into the merits of the case, the fourth respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
