O R D E R

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she has no further instructions from the respondent. Already an order came to be passed on 07.02.2024, wherein, it was stated that the applicants/petitioners should deposit 50% of the Award amount within a period of four weeks from the date of the order. However, till date, there has been no compliance.

2. During the interregnum, there is a request for referring the dispute before Mediation. However, High Court Annexed Mediation Centre has reported that no settlement has been arrived between the parties.
