This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the Government Letter No. 5626/G2/2010-4 dated 20.06.2011 passed by the first respondent herein and to quash the same. Further, she sought a direction to the respondents to allow her to continue as Sericulture Worker till the completion of 60 years as per FR 56(i).

2.Mr.A.Kumar, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the first respondent and Mrs.Sri Jeyanthi, learned Special Government Pleaders takes notice on behalf of the respondents 2 and 3.

3.By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the issue involved in this matter is squarely covered by the order of this Court dated 03.05.2013 made in W.P.No.13515 of 2013 and M.P.Nos.1 and 2 of 2013.

5.Since the issue involved in this case is one and the same as that of the case referred to above and hence, following the order of this Court as stated supra, the Writ Petition is allowed and the impugned Government Letter No. 5626/G2/2010-4 dated 20.06.2011 passed by the first respondent is hereby set aside. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed. No costs.
