ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction directing the FTC IIMetropolitan Magistrate Court, Allikulam to dispose the C.C.No.2225 of 2021 pending trial as expeditiously as possible.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the FTC II- Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Allikulam, is directed to execute the bailable warrant as against the accused in the manner known to law and thereafter, complete the Trial in C.C.No.2225 of 2021, within a period of six months from the date of execution of bailable warrant.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
