O R D E R

This revision has been filed with a prayer seeking direction to the Principal District Munsif Court, Alandur, Chennai to dispose of the O.S.No.180 of 2017 expeditiously within the time limit to be stipulated.

2. Learned counsel for the revision petitioner submits that the suit in O.S.No.180 was filed in the year 2017 and immediately after filing the said suit, I.A.No.1086 of 2017 was filed under Order VII Rule 11 of C.P.C., to strike off the plaint and that I.A., has been kept pending without showing any considerable progress.

3. In view of the above facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to dispose of the present Civil Revision Petition with a direction to the Court below ie., the Principal District Munsif, Alandur, Chennai to decide the said I.A.No.1086 of 2017 filed under Order VII Rule 11 of C.P.C., within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter to decide the main suit. With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
