ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 18.06.2025, wherein the petitioner is seeking for Freedom Fighters' Grand-son Certificate.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate produced the written instructions. On going through the same, it is seen that the request made by the petitioner is under consideration and the petitioner has been directed to submit the relevant documents.

3. In the light of the above stand taken, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to submit all the relevant documents and the respondent shall take a decision within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
