This Application has been filed to raise the attachment order dated 20.06.2016 in A.No.1200 of 2016 in respect of the schedule mentioned property.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the matter has been settled between the parties and further submitted that he has no objection for raising the attachment.

3. Recording the said submission and also the no objection of the learned counsel for the respondent, this application is ordered as prayed for, by raising the attachment order dated 20.06.2016 in A.No.1200 of 2016 in respect of the schedule mentioned property.
