rpl taken to the hospital, the petitioner is said to have damaged the ambulance and also threatened its driver.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police opposed the grant of bail to the petitioner and submitted that one of the injured persons was admitted to the hospital, treated as in-patient for 20 days and was only recently discharged.
3. Considering the nature of the offence and the injuries caused by the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
