This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in the judgment and decree dated 12.09.2017 passed in the above CMA that a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- shall be deposited in a Fixed Deposit, in any one of the Nationalised Banks, initially for a period of three years and renewable thereafter and the interest accrued on the fixed deposit shall be withdrawn by the cross-objector claimant, directly from the bank.

2. Heard both sides.

3. In Judgment and decree dated 12.09.2017 made in CMA.No.1295 of 2016, it is further ordered as follows:

"The Tribunal is directed to transfer a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- Rupees Five Lakhs only) already deposited in the Fixed Deposit to the Savings Bank account of the claimant through RTGS, with accrued interest, if any, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
