ORDER
This Review Petition has been filed to review the order of this Court, dated 27.01.2025, made in W.P.No.2191 of 2025. 2.The grounds on which the Review Petition has been filed is non-joinder of necessary parties and that the review petitioners/respondents in the writ petition were not given adequate time when orders were passed at the time of admission.
3.Heard the learned counsel on either side.
4.The plea of non-joinder has not been taken at the time of hearing the writ petition, nor was a request made for filing a counter in the matter, since the writ petition is one for a mandamus directing the review petitioners to grant patta. This Court has relied on the communications and orders of the review petitioners themselves to issue a mandamus to them. The review petitioners have not made out a case that there is an error apparent on the face of the record __________Page 4 of 6
