Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the respondent in Ref.f/vz;/cbgh-, 2g-/g{./e-tm{-nfh.tpz;zg;gk;- .vz; 194-2019 ehs; 23.09.2019 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to provide electricity supply to Arulmighu OM Sakthi Vinayagar Temple, No.33, Elephant Gate Bridge Road, Nearby Government Commercial Complex, Chennai-600 003.

2. The impugned order of the respondent clearly indicates that the field visit made by the respondent reveals that the premises for which the service connection is sought, does not belong to the applicant or the temple and the application of the petitioner also does not enclosed with required revenue documents or NOC from the landlord.
3. In the above circumstances, the request of the petitioner was rejected by the respondent. This Court finds that there is no reason to interfere the order of the respondent rejecting the petitioner's request without proper revenue documents or proof https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
for possession and enjoyment of the premises for which electricity service connection sought for.
