This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to amend the offence, as under Sections 294(b), 323, 506(1) of I.P.C and 4 of TNPWH Act, 1957 instead of offence under Section 294(b), 323, 324, 506(ii) of I.P.C and 4 o f TNPWH Act, 1957 and Crime No.265 of 2023 instead of Crime No.365 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.20358 of 2023 dated 08.09.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered to delete offence under Sections 324 and 506 (ii) of I.P.C and include offence under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of I.P.C and Crime No.365 of 2023 is altered to Crime No.265 of 2023.
