C.M.P.No.19896 of 2022 C.M.P.No.19896 of 2022 in S.A.(SR).No.48221 of 2022 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN,J., This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 194 days in paying deficit Court fees of Rs.35/-.

2. In the affidavit filed, it had been stated that the Court fees had been wrongly calculated and it was therefore stated that further Court fees of Rs.35/- is required to be paid.

3. In view of the reasons stated, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.

4. The Registry to accept the deficit Court fees and thereafter to proceed with numbering S.A.(SR).No.48221 of 2022, if it is otherwise in order.
