(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking exemption of court fee for a sum of Rs.39,272.50 pending disposal of the appeal, the present petition has been filed.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the amount awarded by the Tribunal could not be received as the second respondent is yet to comply with the same. The petitioner is in vegetative condition. As and when the said amount is withdrawn, the petitioner would pay the court fee.

3.Considering the abovesaid submission, we are inclined to allow this petition. Accordingly, this petition is allowed, making it clear that the petitioner will have to pay the said amount at a later point of time.
