This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondent herein to consider the representations dated 09.02.2024, 24.06.2024, 11.07.2024, 15.07.2024 and 30.08.2024 issued by the petitioner herein to consider certain requests regarding the grievances of the Metro Water Tanker Lorry Contractors inducted by the respondent under contract while floating the tender for the year 2024-27 in the tender floated by the respondent in Tender No.MAT/OT/006/2024-25 dated 09.08.2024 and pass orders on the same within a reasonable time as fixed by this Court.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the representations of the 2/4

petitioner dated 09.02.2024, 24.06.2024, 11.07.2024, 15.07.2024 and 30.08.2024 and, after giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
