This Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to remove the Conical Loud Speakers which is used in the Mosque in Bagalur on the representation made by the petitioner on 18.08.2016.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the Conical Loud Speakers are prohibited and no Mosque is allowed to use by implementing the order of this Court.
