Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 1st respondent dated 28.08.2014 made in ID NO.386 of 2010 on the file of the I Additional Labour Court, Chennai, quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to reinstate the petitioner into the service with entire backwages, other attendant benefits.
