ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.06.2025 and consequently to conduct a fresh enquiry in compliance with the order passed by this Court in WP.No.35752 of 2019 dated 22.01.2025, and further to direct the first respondent to permit the petitioner to be present at the time of such fresh enquiry.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused 2/6

all the materials placed before this Court.

3. The learned counsel for the fourth respondent raised objections that the petitioner is no way connected to the proceedings in WP.No.35752 of 2019 and she has been set up by the private respondent in the aforesaid writ petition in order to file this writ petition.

4. However, on perusal of records, it is revealed that the parties interested, if there are, are to be heard by the first respondent. Therefore, without expressing any opinion on merits of this writ petition, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry as directed by this Court in WP.No.35752 of 2019 dated 22.01.2025 and, after issuance of notice to the parties concerned including the petitioner herein and giving them opportunity of personal hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
