O R D E R

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 27.01.2022 passed by this Court in W.P.No.9188 of 2021, thereby directing the respondent to sub divide the subject property as per the petitioner's sale deeds and settlement deed and to issue patta in his favour within a period of four weeks. 2.

The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that as against order passed by this Court, the respondent filed a Writ Appeal along with delay. Now, the notice was ordered in the condone delay petition.

Considering the above submission, at present the Contempt Petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh contempt petition subject to the result of the Writ Appeal.
