PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to transfer the investigation in Crime No.415 of 2022 dated 28.10.2022 on the file of the 2nd Respondent police to some other independent agency like CBCID or any other competent agency to investigate the matter.

ORDER
This petition is filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.415 of 2022 dated 28.10.2022 on the file of the 2nd Respondent police to CBCID alleging that the local police not properly investigating the case.
2. On perusal of the records and hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court finds that the apprehension of petitioner is without basis. In the complaint, prima facie case, only indicates a money transaction which does not require investigation by specialised agencies like CBCID.
